Yes, Steve Harris is in the process of acquiring the rights to Electronic Gaming Monthly from Ziff Davis. The Popular publication was in circulation for 20 years, when Ziff Davis sold the rights of 1up.com to Hearst/UGO.com. But Hearst wasn’t looking to buy EGM, so the magazine faded away. Now, about half a year after EGM died, Steve Harris, the original owner of EGM, has decided that he wants it back. And he plans to start publication up by the end of the year! I can’t wait to see a new EGM. I’m keeping my fingers crossed, and you should too!
