Guitar hero the religious way

Guitar Praise is a game that came out in September and has been trashed by so many. I think people might be overlooking a good game, maybe not great, but still, just ’cause it is religious doesn’t mean you gotta hate. I think it’s great cause when I was growing up, I knew kids that never got to play a lot of games, ’cause they were sheltered. So it may give these types of kids a chance to play a form of Guitar Hero. Let me tell you about what it offers.

Guitar Praise was made by Digital Praise. The game is for the PC/Mac, in a bundle with the game and two guitar controllers. (The game only supports it’s own guitars right now.) It only cost $79.99 and most sites offer free shipping. The list of song does have some songs that are on main stream radio, like Skillet’s savior. It has 52 songs on the game. Plus, Digital Praise has said they will release expansion packs in the summer of 2009. Now the game is not on any game consoles, though Digital Praise has said “We would love to put this on consoles but so far the console makers have not allowed us to participate”. This is not cool. I know that it’s a small market, but they deserve a game. So, it makes playing Guitar Praise on your TV a little harder. The game itself, is much like Guitar Hero 2, so instead of just bashing it, how about you people keep your mouth shut. Sorry, it just makes me mad when people hate.
